When I create a forum for a specific User Group are 'Additoinal Users' who are in a different Primary User Group able to see that forum by default?
I already have a restricted forum set up but only the Primary Users can see it. Where is the setting to allow Additonal Users?

I found the answer - Allow Users to have Member Groups in the Primary User Group settings.
