You can create a new administrator using tools.php in your download upload folder. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Register your new user with the standard registration form.
2. Upload the /install folder to your server.
3. Upload tools.php from your do_not_upload folder to the /install folder.
4. Using your browser navigate to your site then /install/tools.php
5. Enter your Customer ID.
6. Choose the option to make the new user into an Administrator.
7. Enter the username you created.
8. Delete the /install folder from your server in order to access the AdminCP.
