a href links in sun-forum descriptions
Heya. Helping admin a car forum that has a sponsor sub-forum section. I'm going through and cleaning up the description fields of each sub-forum (one sub for each sponsor) and I'm having a weird little thing happen trying to add links to the description field. I'm not doing anything too complicated, just adding an a href link to go to the sponsor's site. But on some of them, it adds the URL of the forum to the link, which of course won't resolve. But not on all of them, just some of them.
So, instead of just going to www.sponsor.com, it links to www.oursite.com/forums/www.sponsor.com
I'm not seeing how it's happening, I'm using just plain 'ol HTML. Anyone run across this before?Tags: None
