    Presence of new ActiveXObject("xxxx") in post causes FOrbidden error

    The following message causes
    Forbidden

    You don't have permission to access /newthread.php on this server.

    Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    -------
    This is a test

    x = new ActiveXObject("xxx.yyy");
    -------

    (without the -----, those are snip marks). What is going on? Could this be an issue with the PHP on my service's system? It is the new ActiveXObject() that is causing it.
