I found some how the "Primary User Group" field was automatically filled "Administrator" in all users
So, the users are difficult to login
The system says as "banned" for all users?
How to change this?
I am an end user, I don't have any technical knowledge.
Also, previously I used "MySQL Dumper" for backup purpose, now that also not working
Kindly help to recover this.
