Problem when try to upload new language

Hi

I tried to install new language in my test forum on localhost.
but when tried to import language file I get this warrning!!!

PHP Warning: Illegal string offset 'value' in ....\includes\adminfunctions_language.php on line 656 !!
The forum version is 4.2.5.

What language are you trying to install? Third party language packs may not be 4.2.5 compatible.
