This is a duplicate thread. The original is here at https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/foru...rs-disappeared and in that thread people did try to help you. However, you apparently have not bothered to follow through on their advice.
See my reply at https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/foru...03#post4396503
1. Did you follow instructions to identify what changed at the time your forum "stopped working"? What did your host say?
2. If you have confirmation from your host that nothing changed and that they believe it is not a hosting issue, have you submitted a support ticket to vBulletin?
If you have not followed through on these things, then your statement that "support team will simply ignore my problem , and leave my web site with that problem" is invalid. -
First Thank you for fast reply
1. Did you follow instructions to identify what changed at the time your forum "stopped working"? What did your host say?
= No instructions at all , they just asked me to contact my host
2. If you have confirmation from your host that nothing changed and that they believe it is not a hosting issue, have you submitted a support ticket to vBulletin?
= The ticket submittem long time , I used the forum when I got no reply for my ticket > (Ticketid: 1685146)
If you have not followed through on these things, then your statement that "support team will simply ignore my problem , and leave my web site with that problem" is invalid.
= I did >> please check the ticket above to see how many times i did follow up
Anyway , my concern is to get support, That is all
Thank you in advanceComment

If it was not for this issue, submit a new ticket.
If it was for the same issue, what does "long time" mean? Try replying to the ticket to bump it. Or submit a new ticket. But if you haven't confirmed with your host that there was nothing on the server that changed, you're wasting your time until you do. As Mark B. told you, if it was working previously and suddenly stopped working, something must have changed. Either your host changed something (maybe changed the PHP version? or something else in the hosting setup?) or you changed something. If you changed anything in your options, go and change the settings to what you had previously. If you added a new plugin, try uninstalling or disabling that and see if it solves your problem. If you were using a plugin and disabled or uninstalled it, maybe that's created your problem - try re-installing it and see if that helps.
Try disabling ALL your plugins by adding this at the top of your config.php file:
Right afterCode:<?php
Code:define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
What's clear is that something has changed on your end.
If it's not your hosting and it's not a change in your settings or your addons, then maybe something has corrupted one of your vBulletin files. In your AdminCP, go to Maintenance >> Diagnostics >>Suspect File Versions and see if there are any modified files there that you didn't intentionally modify or weren't added by a plugin.
When you've done all these things, then report back and/or submit a new ticket.

No they asked you to contact your host to identify what had changed at the time this problem first developed.
Was that ticket submitted for this issue? or for a different one?
If it was not for this issue, submit a new ticket.

I tried the above but did not work , as you said maybe something went wrong , i dont know what is that. That is the reason I ask support . If I know i will not ask ofcourse.
If kindly you can go to my site - if you have time - to understand the issue more, try to make a test post , and upload images. to see how the images cannot be doisplyed after published.
I regret to say that last 2 0r 3 years , vbulletin team is not like before, they dont bother to reply or support. I used to ask support outside vbulletin from persons like you.
Thank you for your time again.Comment

Insulting the staff isn't going to get your problem fixed.
we asked you to contact your host to find out if anything changed on the server. vBulletin doesn't magically break of its own accord, either your host changed something on the server or possibly you changed something on vBulletin. We need to establish what has been changed before we can advise further.
Pleae follow up in the original thread.
