Customizing User Profile filed for GDPR

I want to put the new field for user to consent to "Transfer of your information outside the EU" and Privacy Policy in user profile field and links
to detail of those terms allowing user to see them.
And also how to change age limit of age 13 to age 16 for GDPR.

How can I add hyper links in user profile field for vb5 and vb4 ?

below is from vBulletin Forume --------------

    1. Create a Notice stating that the new field is required (regardless of location).
    Give a deadline to comply.
    2. If they don't set it to Yes by the deadline, move them to a usergroup that doesn't have access to post in the site.
    3. Show another notice to this Usergroup so they are reminded of GDPR.
    4. If they don't answer within a set time period, say 30 days, update their username to be non-identifying (to update posts) and then delete their account.

You can use HTML within Notices in both vBulletin 4 and 5. <a href="link here">text</a>

You cannot change the age limit. COPPA and GDPR are two different things.

That means that there is no way to put <a href="link here">text</a> this in the User Profile Field nor User registration form, is it?

Are there any possible way to add age limit of age 16 ?

      Thank you Wayne,

After you create the profile field, you can edit the phrase for it and add your own HTML there as well. The phrase you want to change will be fieldXX_title. XX would be the field id shown under custom profile fields. I am not at a location with an active vBulletin 4 installation at the moment. I will try to come up with better steps as soon as I am able to access a vBulletin 4 installation.
