[Forum] Problem after sending a private message to the user | vBulletin 4.2.5

Hello, I have a problem in the forum, when a user sends a private message to another user it displays the following error:

syntax error, unexpected '' (T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE), expecting ']' on line 20 in /home/***/public_html/community/includes/class_dm_pm.php(599) : eval()'d code

Disable plugins....does the error go away?

It looks like a third party addon that is not compatible with php 7.

I disabled all the plugins and the error still shows up.

It is broken for some users. We're looking into the issue.

In the AdminCP go to Languages & Phrases -> Search In Phrases. Search for pmreceived and set the Search In value to phrase variable name only.

Thanks, that was the problem. Now I have a new problem, I changed my translation language to UTF8 after I converted the entire the database to this encoding.
Everything works fine, just what should be loaded like do not work. What to do?
