Like I said, all permissions are correct. Files are uploaded in ASCII mode.

  • vBulletin v4.2.4 - Installation Stuck on "Connection successful".

    Hello,

I'm trying to install vBulletin, but the installation is stuck on the following screen in my latest attempt:

I have tried it several times, each time with re-creating database and re-uploading files to eliminate issues with old files. The screenshot above was taken without the last database dump, just to show on which step it always fails. This happens both on version 4.2.4 and 4.2.5 as well.

    My server information is:

OS: CentOS 7, fully updated, very fresh install.
    Apache version: Apache/2.4.29
    PHP version: 5.6.30
    SQL version: 10.1.32-MariaDB
I don't have .htaccess file at all, nor any other rewrite rules. Apache installation is default. vBulletin files are the only files in the dir.

I've also set the following PHP variable from default value of 60: max_execution_time = 7200
I've also tried running upgrade.php after waiting for over 30 minutes on the stuck step. It does not help. It will error out as well.

I have this in Apache logs:

    [Tue Apr 10 11:28:28.235766 2018] [core:error] [pid 15896:tid 139640610658048] [client 213.191.138.149:62678] Script timed out before returning headers: install.php, referer: http://51.15.148.xxx/~fnatic/install/install.php

    and this:

[Tue Apr 10 21:36:33.005571 2018] [:error] [pid 15896:tid 139640619050752] [client 213.191.138.149:50159] PHP Fatal error: vBulletin datastore cache incomplete or corrupt in /home/fnatic/public_html/includes/init.php on line 271

    and this:

What does that tell you? Could you please let me know how to troubleshoot this further?
