Members can't post, and can't login

Hello, we have discovered the problem. we have discovered slowness in the last few days, after the server works made by host workers, forum has the problems with posts, showing last threads and login. That became work only after refreshing the page, which is automatically show the member logged in. What can cause this problems? Seems it 's a cache based problem. However I have tried disabling hooks trough config files it seems the problem is somewhere else. vb v 4.2.5

Make sure a tool like mod_security isn't stripping the securitytoken or sessionhash values out of the post request.

Not just a post, login and newest threads shown, follow the member to his latest read post, and did not show the newest threads, until reload

Well if it works on reload than either his sessionhash or securitytoken is expiring while the page is idle. These only last a limited amount of time. By default, a session lasts 15 minutes and is deleted an hour after it expires unless the user checks remember me on their login. The time is controlled by the Cookie Wait Timeout stored in your vBulletin settings. Login and the Sessionhash also rely on cookies remaining on the user's computer for the duration of the session. The securitytoken is based off the sessionhash and lasts about an hour. It isn't stored in the database. This is how the system is designed to work for security purposes.

That is very strange, due we firstly discovered forum slowness, the server manager has made some changes and add the upload limit, after all has been done, we have met this problem, what is the best advice to resolve this problem?

Are you using any caching at all on the server?

What changes did the Server Manager make to the machine?
