how can I remove tags in threat

I want to ask one question about tagged user in thread.

I just want to remove usernames in tags, how can I remove this, please help me .

vBulletin 4 doesn't have user tagging. Are you talking about thread tags?

You can delete all instances of a tag under Tagging -> Tags in the AdminCP. Check the tags you want to delete and then choose "Delete Selected" from the action drop-down in the lower right corner.

As far as I know that system is totally independent of our thread tags but you should check with them to be certain. We cannot advise on third party code.

Sorry seemed to that this was for user mentions. Tags are a different feature that allows you to put keywords on a topic.

Only way to delete user mentions in vBulletin is to edit the topic and remove their name. It is a BBCode and usage is not tracked anywhere.

We cannot provide support for DBTech products as Mark stated.
