How do I insert the facebook share button in the location indicated by the arrow in the image, in version 4.2.5? Is there any mod? I researched and found nowhere.

when setting up Facebook Connect for vbulletin, is it advisable to hit the submit for review button ?
we have seen some contradicting advises for that matter , any confirmed experts advice...
