Not getting new registrations or emails

for my site constructforum.com i tried the email test and it sent to one of my emails but for example to my yahoo or hotmail accounts i didnt receive. i also tested yahoo and hotmail when trying to register dummy accounts
also i think i am not getting any new registrations lately. can someone try to register and make a test post if possible? i really appreciate.
