Moved my vbulletin and forum links didn't change

I moved my forums from /public_html/forum to /public_html/ and I can't get into my individual forums because the links didn't change to reflect the move. I edited all the settings and config as well. Did I miss something?

You would need to update the URL in the Settings under Settings -> Options -> Site Name / URL / Contact Details.

If you're using an Add-on for rewrites, you'll need to contact the Add-on author on how to update your URLs.

I did change that and no addon. I turned off the friendly urls in the vbulletin settings and the links were fixed but I would like to use friendly urls again.
