Ads not showing on smaller screens or when I shrink my browser.

I am using the VB 4 built in Advertising feature. When I place ad code in it (below navbar location), the ads show up when my desktop browser is full size, but if I shrink the browser size or view my site on a mobile device the ads do not show.

If I manually place the ad code in the navbar template right below {vb:raw ad_location.ad_navbar_below} {vb:raw ad_location.global_below_navbar}, then my ads show up no matter the browser size. This leads me to believe that there is a setting somewhere in VB that is telling the built in ad system not to show ads for a browser with a size of x pixels or smaller.

Anyone know where to find/change this?

The vBulletin 4 Mobile style doesn't show ads as far as I am aware. I do not know of a setting that changes this. There may be a custom mobile style available at www.vbulletin.org.
