Create Forum Permissions Based off of Usergroup not working on vb4.2.5

When i try to create a new usergroup using the same permissions than an old one, it simply does not work. It will create the new usergroup but the permissions remain "default". :????

There are two different drop-down menus when you create a new usergroup. The first creates a new group based upon an existing group. The second creates a new group based upon the permissions of an existing group. If you are clicking the first one it will not duplicate the permissions.

I'm clicking the SECOND one... aka this one:

Its a two stage process.

1. Select the group at the top that you want to replicate USERGROUP permissions from - and press GO.
That loads the usergroup permissions onto the page.

2. Select the usergroup in the second box that you want to replicate FORUM permissions from.
Use the SAVE button right at the bottom to create the group.
