    list members of a usergroup

I'm trying to list members of a specific usergroup.

something like: <a href="https://www.domain.com/memberlist.php?usergroupid=32">Click here</a> to list members of group 32

This works if I am logged in as admin. But it gives error when trying it with a registered member, for ex. Error is:

You do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
    1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
    2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
Can someone point me in the right direction?

    Thanks

This variable is meant to be used only by Owners of Usergroups. It isn't a general use variable to do what you're doing. What you want to do would require custom coding.
