    Attachments problem

I transferred to another forum hosting, and can not see the attachments. The problem that the attachments are located on the file system, but changing the hosting has also changed the way in practice and is now /home/xzoyzukv/ilferrarista.it/allegati first was /home/yz1owmhs/ilferrarista.it. I ask you, is there a way to change this path, perhaps in a database query? Thanks to all who will respond to me.

You can change it in the ACP under attachments storage location.
Baby, I was born this way

Thanks Paul, I do not understand how to do, because if I'm going to move files from the filesystem to the database, it gives me the path of the previous hosting, would you be kind enough to explain the procedure? Good evening (here in Italy are 21:00)

As long as you have the actual attachments in a folder on the new server, you should just be able to change the path to the correct one.
It may tell you it has had trouble moving them at the end, but that doesn't actually matter since they are already in the 'new' location.

What I would advise though, is make sure you have a copy of the attachments folder as it currently stands, and a current database backup too - just in case anything unexpected happens! When you have a backup of everything, you can fix practically any unforeseen disaster by rolling back.

I took your advice and I thank you, I made a backup of both the database attachments. Thanks Mark and good day.
