How do I add the Forum Title to the Forum Bars?

I want to add the forum title in the blue forum bar. I looked everywhere and cannot find where to add it.

I am running vbulletin 4.2.3 Suite

That bar only shows categories. So if you have a top level forum and it has the option "Act as Forum" set to know, then it will appear there. Categories cannot contain posts, only other forums.
