Disappearing Forum Home Page of ACP

Hi,
about a month ago the Forum Home and LogOut in ACP upper left has been vanished. I searched for it in Phrases to see whether it's been removed or not, that its phrase was OK and also its translation was OK too.
I re-uploaded all files and folders and upgraded the forum, but nothing was changed.
I believe maybe its codes and lines are deleted or changed in the server (and of course I doubt)
In which file(s) and line(s) I should look for? /includes/class_core.php is that file?

Nope, it would be part of the index.php file in the admincp folder.

I reuploaded admincp and also modcp folders overwritten and now it's solved
