¿? You allready have the screen shots... Guys, Has anyone solved a problem in this forum? It is the worst help service that I have used in my life. I have more than 5 or 6 threads and none solved!

For my is the same ... I have no help in any case ... I think that is your work, I'm not your friend, I'm your client. I'm not a forum user, I'm a client with problems with products. You do not want to help us really, and all are excuses. There are many people upset with this helpdesk. Very bad.

I will remove the signature in my website with "powerede by vbulletin". Is the same, I haven't support... I pay for a product and I make a free publicity for you with any support? No, no, you live in other time, living in the past. This is the end of free publicity for vbulletin in my site

Remove the copyright and we certainly WON'T help you as you'll be in breach of the license agreement.

Have you actually considered opening a ticket? Support tickets are our priority support channel so they come first - if we're busy working on tickets, upgrading customer's sites (who've paid for our upgrade service) etc then we will be a little slower getting back to you in here.

Plus "mud-slinging" in our direction doesn't really help does it? Do you help people who have that attitude towards you? Yet here we are still responding to you WHEN WE'RE ABLE TO.

Regarding your issue, have you got the same problem if you're viewing your site in the default vBulletin 4 style?

If you switch to the default vB4 style, do you have the same issue?

Yes, the same issue (you can see the attach files). Appears like a problem or misconfiguration for unlogged users Click image for larger version
