Vbulletin 4 forum headers revert to code or blank after server change

I just moved to a new Snappy 2000 VPS server at Hostgator. Now my header looks strange, like this:

I am running Php 5.6.24 for this directory, and mySQL 5.6

Did you try reuploading the /install directory and running the upgrade.php script?

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

I downloaded the latest 4.2.3 just to make sure I was using the latest. I uploaded the install and ran the installer script - it presented me with a series of errors/warnings basically that the script was expecting 4.2.3 components and instead seeing 4.2.3 patch 2 components, and I clicked to Ignore.

It ran through the upgrade 100%, I deleted the install folder, and now everything appears normally! So that should be it I hope. Thanks!
