Can you replace the "Blog" URL in navigation tabs?

We use vBulletin for forums and Wordpress for blogs. Is it possible to replace the link (blog.php) for the BLOG tab in the navbar with a custom URL without using a plugin? If so, how?

I've tracked it down to this in the navbar template but I'm not smart enough to figure out where to go from here:

    <ul id="navtabs" class="navtabs floatcontainer<vb:if condition="$show['member'] AND $notifications_total"> notify</vb:if>">
        {vb:raw template_hook.navtab_start}
        {vb:raw navigation}
        {vb:raw template_hook.navtab_end}

You would use the navbar manager in the admincp for this.
