      vBulletin 4 is not going to be developed at all beyond 4.2.5.
      That decision is not going to change.

        No it doesnt, it depends on the decisions of IB management.
        As Mark says, after 4.2.5 there is about a zero chance of any more development.

        You have, in reality, been quite lucky to get as far as the PHP7 work and 4.2.5 (+3.8.11).
