Cannot moderate or log into admincp on chrome

For a few weeks now my forum has been having issues. I cannot execute any moderation function while using chrome. I get the error: "Invalid Action Specified". I cannot log into the admincp without getting immediately redirected to the forum homepage. Quick reply boxes on private messages are greyed out. Some users are reporting that they cannot even access the site on Chrome or Safari along with the issues I've mentioned so it's not just me.

The odd thing is that my server admin is experiencing none of these issues on any browser. No modifications were made to the forum recently. Using the default style and disabling plugins via config.php yields the same result.

Vbulletin version is 4.2.3 patch level 2

Disable any ad or script blockers that you have installed in your browser. After this do you still have problems?

Press F12, go to the Network tab and try to log in. Are any errors presented?

Doing that made it so I couldn't even access the forum. I tried clearing all my cookies and it worked! All functionality restored. Can't believe I didn't think of that. Thanks for the help.

Unfortunately the problem has returned. Clearing the cookies works for less than a day and then I go back to not being able to login to the admincp on Chrome and not being able to moderate anything. What could be causing this?

Please make sure the cpsession table isn't damaged and is functioning correctly. On your version it should be using the MEMORY storage engine.

The table is using the correct engine type, but it’s completely empty. The server is not out of memory either.
