[Forum] How do I make a sticky post in a thread?

How can a moderator make a sticky post in a thread? For instance, I have old threads that get a lot of traffic from Google that concern a question/issue/whatever, and I would like for an admin to make a post that would summarize that thread, and give the answer to whatever issue it is in a post that appears at the beginning of the thread on each page. Is this a possibility with the default version of vbulletin, or is this a modification?

If it's a mod, can anyone point me into the right direction? Thanks!

There's no way to do this in the default software.
