    ACP - MOD/Style Issue

Many years ago i used a MOD that had issues and i removed it. Although it has disappeared from everywhere it still remains in the menu list. I dont know how to remove it, any thoughts?

I found the modification on vb.org. it was only compatible for an older version of vbulletin. i uploaded the files, imported the XML and the tab changed it's label. i then uninstalled it and the original menu entry remains :| Any ideas?

Remove the cpnav file for that mod from your includes/xml folder.
