Help required about 301 redirect & boost google page rank

My forum site is old about 4 years and a good activity and traffic also , but still there is 0 google page rank , it looks a bit disappointing
i have 38000 + external backlinks & 300 + referring domains


My 301 redirect check shows like this

some times i fell iam loosing link juice , if iam right about that , please help me with the necessary edits ,

and suggest me to boost google page rank with in 2 months
