Web Server for vb

I'm trying to do some research on what I will need to have web server wise to run a vbulletin 4 (latest version) with 1 million + users and over 10,000 online at a time.

What will be required?

A server will be required.

Other than that, please be more specific about what kind of information you want.

You also fail to mention anything about a database server.
