The best way to reupload all files of vbulletin

I have my forum with files corrupted by a hacker attack so I want to upload all the files again from the last version of vbulletin. I want to keep the database because it is safe. So what is the best way to reupload all files again and keep the forum with the plugins installed before the uploading and the same configurations like language...?

Reupload the files via FTP and overwrite your existing files. Nothing should change.
