[Forum] Adding banner instead of logo

Hello,

I am using vBulletin 4.2.3 with Defraction theme (forum link: http://oefserver.com/forum/). I wanted to add this banner http://i.imgur.com/B8ZqCLt.png instead of the logo, it should be centered and added to the header. I am not really a html/css expert so I'd appreciate it if you guys guide me how to do that, thank you!

You'll need to ask the author of your custom style. We don't know what changes they have made to the CSS or the HTML.
