[CMS] error in CMS - Youtube

Hello friends, I have a problem and do not know that only the administrator can view youtube players in the CMS. So you see the admin:

    See photo 1

Name:	1.png
Views:	141
Size:	341.5 KB
ID:	4345408

And the guests and users groups see it as in photo 2

Name:	2.png
Views:	66
Size:	18.1 KB
ID:	4345409

User groups have permission to view the articles in the CMS.

If I copy and paste text and code [video] CMS in a regular forum thread, users if they can see the player. Only occurs in the CMS

In AdminCP / Settings / Options / BB Code Settings / Allow [VIDEO] Code in Non Forum Specific Areas / "Yes"

    Thanks for the help

Please don't 'bump' threads unless at least 24 hours have elapsed...we are not here 24/7 and even when we are, we may be dealing with other customers.
Threads are answered in order of last reply, so a 'bump' puts you further down the queue.

There are no screenshots in your first post so it's difficult to reply as we can't see what the problem is.

What are the settings for that article section?

How is the video being inserted?

Try setting 'Can Download Attachments' permission for the usergroup that can't see the images.

If I copy the same text and stick it in a forum thread, not the CMS, users can see the video player. The error only occurs in the CMS.

                Thank you

Set the HTML permission for all usergroups. Though, I am really just guessing here. Nothing in your settings says they shouldn't see the embedded video so there has to be something else going on somewhere.

Turn off all Products and Plugins except the CMS. Does the problem still happen? Does it happen in the English Language?

I have no idea why it is happening then. Without access to the server, there is no way to determine the cause. The screenshots provide little troubleshooting information. You'll have to open a support ticket and provide access to the server.

Hi. I'll try to install a completely new version, without plugins from scratch.

I just want to keep the activity of the forum as it is now. Why can you tell me please what are all tables in the database that I import?

For example, user table, thread, post, private message ...

Which they are all that should be copied to the same post, users, messages, themes, groups, configuration ...

                        regards

You can't do it that way. You need to do as Wayne suggested and open a support ticket so we can take a look at your set up.
