Filtering Members by country to be selective when emailing them....

I've got 30,000 odd members from multiple countries and I would like to be able to email just the ones in the UK, or the ones in the US. I use a system called Sendy (it's more work but it's $3 to email everyone rather than $300 so rather good value) so I generate an email list and then use send to send it.

I would like to be able to focus the emails more to provide information to our UK members and US member that's relevant to them rather than the emails being generic for all. Is there a way of doing this? If there is how?

If it means that we need more specific info in our profiles then I can start improving the quality there, I suppose something that trawls through and segregates on IP would be good.
