Help with this please

Hi all,

I really wanted to have a good April fools day joke for my forum but i am rubbish at coding.I run a vbulletin 4.2.1.forum

What i wanted to do was this.

When anyone went to my site they were greeted with this image below.Then after about 6 seconds they were then redirected back to my forum.Can anyone give me some advice on how i could do that.Many thanks
