[Forum] mixed content when trying to use SSL

So I'm trying to use switch to SSL/https on vB4.2.3. I changed both the Forum URL and the Home URL to be https. I don't see anything else to adjust but I still have mixed content errors. Various .js loading from vbulletin.com and other places via http. How can I fix?

What Javascript is loading from vbulletin.com? The only place you might see anything loaded from this site is on the admincp home page.
