Navigation Manager Tabs

Using vB 4.2.3

In the Navigation Manager, I removed Groups from the Forum Community sub-menu, then added Groups as a main tab in the Nav Bar.

It works, but when I click on Groups, the highlighted tab in the main Nav-Bar always highlights Forums, not Groups.

Am I setting something wrong that I'm just not seeing?
