Blank page when try to edit post

Hello

Have vbulletin 4.2.4 beta 1 and have problem when try to edit some posts - gott blank page (post) and can not edit anything - empty post.

have MySQL Version 5.5.45-cll-lve and PHP 5.4.45

default language is english - but members use kroatian language in some post ...

with ver. 4.2.3 had no such problems with editing posts.

Please try the following:

1. To disable the plugin/hook system completely, edit includes/config.php and add the following code:
Just below

enter

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

2. Now go to AdminCP > Style Manager
and create a new style with no parent.
Now browse your forum using this new style.

Do you still have the same problem?

tried to delete that thread (post) and got database error

I dont believe anything has changed in 4.2.4 regarding post edits.

featuredthreads is not a standard vb table, thats from a modification.

uninstalled modification but still same problem ..can not edit posts with kroatian letters ... worked fine i vb 4.2.3

Kroatian letters are not problem ... seems that is problem also when some text is copy-paste to post ... just have no solution where is problem.

There isn't really enough information. What browser are you using? What are the exact steps to reproduce?

Ok - use FF and internet edge - same problem ...
I start new thread - have some text from notepad++ (forum rules) and copied text and submit new thread - no problem. When i tried to edit that post - get empty post - no text ... when i tried write
some sentences and click to save - get vbulletin message like you can see on attached image above.

I deleted mod what caused database error and now i can delete that post but not edit.

Same problem in new style what i made like Mark said before. I can send login to my site and you can see yourself!

More often then not the issue described in that link comes when a character the system can't deal with is pasted into the post. However that wouldn't really explain your issue since you were using 4.2.3 without issue. I don't think your problem is related to the topic you linked to.

Can you test if the all English posts work but the ones with Croatian characters have the problem?

I tested and that is same - english text and kroatian text - only when i copied text in to post. When i write text in post = no problem.
Disabled all plugins and mods and same problem.

No, have any problem to paste some text in forum (posts) - only when pasted text want to edit = get blank post.

But if i try put some text (write or copy) in same post and want save - get vbulletin error message that "post is to short" - posted image above.
