Transfere Database Tables to over Server not Completed

Hello Guys,
I have one big problem, I start changing to new server hosting
Just after my Backup by Cpanel & phpmyadmin is not 100% ok
All time i have 250 Tables all work fine
After Upload in new server i have just 217 Tables and Forum not work

Please i searching fast help ? My forum is offline 4 or 5 days

MySQL Error: Table 'My_database.vB4style' doesn't exist
Error Number: 1146

You would have to go back to the old server and get a complete backup. I recommend using the mysqldump at the command line, a tool built into your host's control panel or ask the host to make a backup for you. There is critical data missing if your backup ended before the style table.

I test today mysqldump
Is not ok

Error 28 means you don't have enough space on the device. Talk to your host.
