Suddenly titles are not showing!

Second time now, suddenly no titles at all is showing on my forum (vb4 4.2.3). Forgot to take a screen shot of the main forum, but have the boxes where they dont show.

Did close the forum, disabled all plu ins and now works again, kind off... Last time i had this was on 4.2.2, fixed it self when upgrading to 4.2.3 but noy its back again.
Is there something i can/should run, like rebuild or repair?

Ok, noticed more strange stuff. When clicking on my profile, looking at recent activities the links are way off....Seems to be connected with above error....

So, here we go again. Has been worlking great for 4 weeks now. Just now, titles just disappearad again
See pic. Strange thing is, that i just have to log in on my admincp and then it workes again!

Did you ask your host if anything was going on on the server? Are you on shared hosting or your own server? Do you have modifications on your site?
