"Contact us", CAPTCHA

I am having trouble with spammers using my "Contact us" link. Are there instructions somewhere for adding a CAPTCHA or other security to the form?

Actually, it is www.carscene.ca that is giving me the problems right now. I don't see a CAPTCHA in the teambuick.com "contact us" either and a test message goes without it.

There must be an issue with your browser, are you blocking javascript?

OK, of course. That puzzled me for a bit, but of course I have to be logged out to see it! That would mean the clowns who are sending me the junk are real people probably making poor wages. And because they come from anywhere including the US they must use proxys.
