I have a classified section on my forum.

when a user clicks "New Topic" in the classified section how do I get it to pre-populate things they need to fill out before posting

For example:

Item Location
Age:
Price

etc?

Also a dropdown next to the topic title that I can populate with areas of the UK

i'm now on version 4 we downgraded the whole board as v5 is so buggy.
