How do I make someone Admin, so they can do anything except delete my forum and files? I tried super and Moderator, but, I need them to be able to make new forum boards and delete old forum boards and such.

If you give them the power to add, they can also remove. If you don't trust them to not delete things then they shouldn't be an admin.

Is there a way to have the user group "moderator" to ONLY use the soft delete and not hard delete? This way the admin can recover any threads accidently delet... -
A manager was pleased to disrupt the whole forum and even get problems I can not solve on my own, he has created some forums and I can not edit them or delete them, even with the master account.

In French, I receive "Vous ne pouvez pas supprimer les noeuds d'infraction." , don't know the en-GB term, probably "You can not delete the offense nodes."
