Skype status is now dead - Microsoft changed how it works

The Skype status now fails.

If it's not in the Tracker, it won't be looked at.

Vote for:

- Admin Settable Paid Subscription Reminder Timeframe (vB6)
- Add Admin ability to auto-subscribe users to specific channel(s) (vB6)
