Forum display totally messed up...

It seems that something really strange happened to my VB 4.2.2 forum. When I visited it, the forum was kinda upside down. All styling/images are not showing up, only the banner image. I switched to several different styles/themes, and the same happened, even VB's default theme. Why does this happen? Is there a way to fix it?

Also I tried uploading VB4.2.3 RC on the forum, hoping that it will possibly work, but it doesnt fix anything. The fact is that I cannot run the installer script, everything seems to be redirecting back to forum.php. Can anyone explain this phenomenon too? I cannot even edit my profile, because the forum always redirect to the home page. Strange.

Its a forum that I used to run actively but now just kept it as a place for old members to come and chat at times, since I grew out of the topic/focus of that forum and there had been staff rampage as I grew tired of immature people. I always kept it open though, but lately something happened and I have no idea why.

CSS isn't loading basically. It's less of a serious problem to fix than it looks.

Check the URL settings are correct.
If they are, look in the style settings - (in Settings > Options), are the css style sheets being stored in the file system? If so, change that to the database.

Actually css style sheets were stored in database, but after I changed it to file system, the opposite to what you asked me to do, it worked. Strange.
