Not sure if I have the right answer, but when someone was having issues with the size of their avatar on our forum, the only way it finally worked was to continue to reduce the size of it before finally getting it uploaded. So that means that the avatar was already downsized. It can't really be increased in size without loosing quality. I believe the only way is to have the avatars reloaded from scratch with the new dimensions.

Reset avatars if not the correct size?
Hi,
I've recently changed the maximum avatar dimensions for users to 120x90 and I've updated the custom user avatars in the general update settings. I want to know how I can reset someone's avatar if the avatar is over the set dimensions because when I use the update function they don't reset and still remain over the 120x90 dimension :S.
Does anyone know how to do this?Tags: None
