password change after 180 days

there seems to be a feature to automatically force you to change your password every 180 days or so. problem is the message to change password that comes up when you first log in is missing its a problem with the template at first i thought forum was broke cause took me to blank page everything was there except forums and threads were missing cause it was supposed to have a message saying you had to change password. loaded default theme and it worked fine. simple solution to this is to disable the feature forcing a password change i looked everywhere any idea of how to do that.

Its in the usergroup settings in the AdminCP, its only enabled for administrators by default.

I will add that it shouldn't be a difficult fix to sort this out in your custom style.
