table corrept in database

i run vb 4.2.2 and while send community newsletter mail i get the followin erro for two of tables in database ( pm & mailqueue) is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed , but i have old backup of this database with onther name in MySQL Databases the question how i can transfer copy of this table to the current database

You'd just want to try repairing the table again. It can take multiple repair attempts.
