        You add that line to your config.php file on your server, not in the admincp

              That will have disabled all your plugins though, you now have to work out which one is causing the issue,

              Disable them one a time then add a comment to the line in the config.php so it looks like this.
              Code:
              // define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
              and see if you can enter admincp, if not uncomment it and try disabling the next plugin and so on..

                Yes since I had access to admincp in now putting this snippet of code into my config.php
                I disabled all plug and closed the line but problém and always is same.

                This problem was made following after suspicious registration of a user that has happened in admin mode
                I don't know by what means.
                I could see the statistic page and I show you everything he touched

                  Can't really see the details in those images, are you saying someone has access to your admincp and have installed a plugin?

                    No I did not say that he installed a plugin, but he succeeds in creating this account as an admin and he did all this manipulation on my images are sent

                    so if its can help me to solve this problem
                    because I disabled all my plugin but the problem and always.

                    if I close // define ('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
                    I no longer access to my admincp and I still always have syntax message on the forum

                      If someone has become an admin without your knowledge, then you have been hacked, did you delete your install folder?

                      That line disables all your plugins and if that clears your issue one of your plugins has an issue, it is just a case of finding out which one?

                        yet I was all disable but nothing to do.
                        The I'm re-uploaded the clean version of vB 4.1.2 in to the public_html and see what it shoed.
                        It's already happened to me before when registering a member accidentally become admin without major damage but good because I corige away but this time today its blocked all my website

                          Unfortunately there is more to cleaning up a hacked site than uploading fresh files. Here is a good place to start.
