prevent subscribe email

i have many email sending warning from server :

Subject: Warning: 201 emails have been sent yesterday by forum

i think this emails sent for thread subscription

how can i prevent subscription mails for all users?

I set user registration default to not subscribe

Does your webhost only allow 200 emails per day? You're not going to even be able to keep up with the running of a basic forum on such a tiny number.
There is no way to disable emails for subscriptions by default.
